1. User-Generated Content
Phokal provides a platform for photographers to share photo rolls and equipment metadata. You retain ownership of content you publish. By uploading, you grant Phokal a license to display and distribute your media within the service.
2. Acceptable Conduct & Moderation
Objectionable content—including unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or explicit material—is strictly prohibited. Phokal enforces a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior. Content or accounts violating these standards will be removed upon review.
3. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or attempt to disrupt system operations.
